Introduction This course is for computing graduates to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of IT Management. This course will enhance the career prospects of those who already have qualifications in Computing and Management.
This course will develop students' skills in IT Project Management. It will facilitate them in gaining knowledge about analysis, design and implementation of computing projects.
It will also enlighten them about the contribution of risk management to the present world business and the problems encountered by computing businesses in developing their business.
Career Opportunities Students can look ahead for a career in Information Technology.
Course Details The entire course is divided into two semesters, with two modules in each semester.

Entry Requirements
Bachelors Degree in IT or equivalent, or
Non-IT Degree but at least three years work experience in an IT environment, together with some management or supervisory experience, or
Five years work experience in an IT environment together with some management or supervisory experience, and
If the student’s first language is not English, a minimum score of IELTS 6.5 (or equivalent) is required
Exemptions of particular modules can be given if a student holds MCSE, CCNP, CLE, CNE
Attendance Applicants who are registered should attend all lectures and workshop without fail. Your attendance will be monitored regularly and students with low level of attendance will be asked to give a written statement as for their reason of absence.
Assessment Assessment of the course is through report writing and presentations.
