Introduction This course is for computing graduates to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of IT Management. This course will enhance the career prospects of those who already have qualifications in Computing and Management.
This course will develop students' skills in IT Project Management. It will facilitate them in gaining knowledge about analysis, design and implementation of computing projects.
It will also enlighten them about the contribution of risk management to the present world business and the problems encountered by computing businesses in developing their business.
Career Opportunities Students can look ahead for a career in Information Technology.
Course Details The entire course is divided into three semesters. In the first two semesters, students will be taught two modules, the final semester will have one module along with Dissertation.

Entry Requirements
Route 1 (Academic - IT Graduates)
UK bachelor's degree with honours (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science or related subject.
Route 1a (Academic - IT graduates with non-honours degrees)
IT graduates who hold a bachelor's ordinary or pass-level degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related subject with exceptionally high marks may be considered for admission, at the discretion of NCC Education.
Route 2 (Mixed - other graduates)
UK bachelor's degree with honours in a non-IT related subject (or equivalent) AND
Three years' work experience in an IT environment.
Route 3 (Vocational - IT professionals, mostly part-time)
Five years' work experience in an IT environment AND
The ability to demonstrate suitability for academic study, via personal or telephone interview with the course co-ordinator at the student's Accredited partner Centre.
Applicants whose first language is not English will need an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent, as outlined in the NCC Education.
Attendance Applicants who are registered should attend all lectures and workshop without fail. Your attendance will be monitored regularly and students with low level of attendance will be asked to give a written statement as for their reason of absence.
Assessment The Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Business IT is assessed by examination and/or written assignment.
