Students are responsible for informing themselves of the Academy' procedures and policies and the specific requirements associated with the accreditation sought. Students accepted for registration with NABT shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the regulations and policies of the Academy and of the program in which they are enrolled.
NABT specifically reserves the right to exercise its sole, absolute and unfettered discretion in admitting individuals to the Academy, its programs or courses. The Academy shall incur no liability for the loss or damage suffered or incurred by any student or third party as a result of delays, alteration or termination of services, courses or programs, tuition and fees by reason of: acts of God, fire, damage to Academy property, inability to procure or produce materials, civil unrest or disobedience, financial exigency or any other cause of any kind.
